Our amateur radio club (station call sign: W6MHS) is now on the HF/VHF and UHF bands.  We have SSB, CW and FM on 160 meters through 70 centimeters.  We are an ARRL-affiliated club as of March 2006.

We would enjoy hearing from you!  Find us on (or about) 14.300 MHz, 7.230 MHz or 21.300 MHz (SSB) every Monday through Friday between 11:30 am and 12:15 pm.

We also need volunteers to help teach theory to high school students for amateur radio licensing.

Here is a way to help publicize amateur radio and support our club at the same time.  Everyone will want one of these T-shirts.  Each shirt (white: medium, large, or extra large) is silkscreened or emblazoned with "I support Amateur Radio, W6MHS ..."

The shirts are $19.95 (and this price does not include Ventura County Sales Tax).  They are 100% cotton pre-shrunk heavy-weight shirts.  All of the proceeds go directly to the Moorpark High School W6MHS Amateur Radio Club.  This item may be a tax write-off!  Be sure to check with your tax specialist or accountant.

Email Mr. Baker at: tbaker@mhsweather.org and give size/quantity.  You will receive your shirt or shirts in two weeks.  Or, come to the high school and see us to get the personal touch!  We are at:
